“I recently started using WordPress, so I am fairly new to things. I also started incorporating Jigoshop into my website and needed a shipping extension for my products. I purchased the official Jigoshop USPS shipping extension and it did not do what I needed. I then came across Extensionworks USPS Jigoshop extension. I was a little worried it may not work, just like the official Jigoshop version. I sent a few emails and Nicole was very helpful and detailed when answering my questions. I later purchased the extension and was having issues getting everything set up. I reached out to Nicole once more and she was again, very helpful. She even took the time to log into my site and help get things working properly for me. It is very rare these days, that software developers offer quality customer support. However, Extensionworks DOES! Thank you so much for the great plugin and awesome support. I have another site I need this plugin for and I will be spreading the word and purchasing it again.”
