Is has been fantastic to hear all the great feedback since the release of our new site Extensionworks.
We had a few hiccups at the start, Licensing was one of the challenges and continuous Updates to all of our Extensions was another.
But we have reached the other side of these hurdles and business is really taking off.
For us, the team at Extensionworks ( Leo, David, Nicole (me) and Shawn )we have spent many hours configuring our Support Desk. We feel that this is a very important part of our business, having used Zendesk before for another Company this was not too hard to set up.
We feel the key to a high customer satisfaction rating is not only providing an answer that solves our customers questions, but providing it in a timely manner.
