Hi all ExtensionWorks customers.
Just thought we would let you all know that if you have an active subscription and your yearly renewal order fails, your subscription will be put into the status of ‘on hold’, this is not permanent, on-hold subscriptions will be closed by our system after a period of 3 months.
Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reinstated.
To continue to use the product you purchased you will need to purchase the product again at full cost.
It really does pay to keep your active subscription, ‘active’.
Never fear though as you will receive a email from us if a yearly automatic renewal order fails.
